Please allow us up to 24 hour to setup your personal server. It is sometimes within 3 hours of your order, but under some circumstances can take up to 24 hours.
Our servers are all on 1GB networks which are very fast 500 – 900mbps, included in all packages.
You have choice to upgrade to 10GB port, which would give you a higher speed 1500-4000mbps!

You’re required to use proxies on the server for most sites. The servers are commercial high speed they can ban the server IP. That’s why proxies are required.
The server you buy is basically a Windows machine that you can remotely access from your computer or your mobile phone.
You’ll get the hostname, username and password for the server. You use these details to access the server using “Remote Desktop Connection (RDP)”.
RDP is built into windows systems and you have apps for Mac, Android and iPhone.
The server acts and behaves like a normal Windows PC. You can install anything, run your favorite programs, browse the internet, etc.
Yes, when signing up you will be automatically charged 3 days before due date. If you wish to cancel, please go to client area and select the service you wish to cancel and it will end at end of billing.
Yes. You have full control over your server and can use it for any task you want – as long as it does not violate our Terms of Service, is withing legal limits and does not abuse our service.
Yes you will get full Administrator rights and RDP access to your Windows.
Once server is delivered there are no refunds. You can cancel anytime and it will end at the end of billing cycle.
